Overly gritty texture that has the taste of a 1980s protein. Powdery and extra chalky. I am far than disappointed in this protein as it claims to be lactose free. If anything is lactose free, they shouldn't make it so bad. I would definitely pass if you are trying to go vegan or is lactose intolerant.
